Time after the William Spangler research findings (see WEYER-0003), but how long after is uncertain. The latest date in the document is 1945, the death date for Mary Rodes (Christie) Weyer. Carrie Agnew (Weyer) Haigh appears to have still been living when the document was written, and she died in 1955, so the document was probably written sometime between those two dates. No sources are given for any of the information in the manuscript. This information must be considered secondary at best, and should be considered valuable only as a guide to possible primary sources.Page: Page 2
