According to "The Story of an old Farm, or, Life in New Jersey in the 18th Century" , p. 657, Marie Catharina was still alive in 1779; stating that when her husband and 2 eldest sons were taken captive to Canada, it was likely she and her other children returned to NJ. There is no source that mentions her death. Also the same title lists a son, David, born in 1773.
Their son, Aaron later moved to Waterford and is buried there, but the town of Waterford did not have its first burial until the 1800s. Therefore, it is impossible that she is buried in the Waterford Cemetery
