John Jr. WHITMARSH was baptised 7d 3m 1624 in Shepton Mallet, Somersetshire, England and came to Massachusetts as a young child with his parents. About 1654 when he was near age 30 he married Sarah HARDING, who was the only child of John HARDING of Weymouth. They appear to have had 12 children.11
